For today’s customers, any retail interaction necessarily has both physical and digital components. For them it does not matter whether it is mobile, desktop or a store—they simply see a channel to shop. And they have high expectations regarding that experience—they want to be entertained, affirmed, and even inspired while they shop. And they expect to be able to do it fluidly.
